GFI PropertyMatch^SM is a screen-based secondary trading platform for unlisted real estate funds. The purpose of GFI PropertyMatch^SM is to improve price discovery for both buyers and sellers of unlisted funds.   PropertyMatch was awarded ‘Best Innovation by Bank Broker or Futures Commission Merchants 2010’ award at the Futures and Options World Awards for Innovation.

By allowing market participants to view and post prices for a range of managed property funds, helps to enhance transparency and liquidity. By introducing a screen based trading platform as a conduit for pricing information, the aim is to ensure that the bid/offer level displayed by both buyer and seller is the best price available anywhere in the market, at the time the deal is executed. CBRE/GFI firmly believes that GFI PropertyMatch^SM will help to promote confidence in the indirect property market and subsequently widen its appeal to the investment world.

• There are no costs to enter prices. Fees will only become payable if a trade is negotiated and settled. The fee will be a flat rate of 25bp payable by both buyer and seller.
