Francesco Cicero
Head of E-trading
|
| Francesco Cicero, coordinates non-voice brokerage initiatives across markets and runs E-credit globally. He works between New York and London. Cicero joined GFI as a senior fixed income broker. Mr. Cicero began his career in Italy in 1989, where he worked as a management consultant, marketing consultant and mass-media sales manager, before moving to London. He holds an MBA from the London Business School and a degree in international business and exchange markets from IUN Naples, Italy. Mr. Cicero is a regular lecturer on financial markets, related technologies and innovations. |

Jerry Dobner
Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Dobner joined GFI in 2001 and is responsible for the development and oversight of technology in all GFI Group companies. Prior experience includes head of development and e-commerce and in addition to managing the development of EnergyMatch an electronic trading platform for energy and commodities in the United States. Mr. Dobner also helped to develop CreditMatch, FENICS, DealFX and GFI Fenics. Before joining GFI, Mr. Dobner developed real-time stock quote software at NewsAlert.

Paul Millward
Product Manager FX

| Paul Millward joined GFI Group in 2003 with prior experience in FX Options electronic trading platforms. During his time with GFI he has been responsible for many initiatives including GFI ForexMatch, an award-winning trading platform for FX derivatives for the inter-dealer community. Most recently, Mr. Millward has worked on introducing request for quote (RFQ) into GFI FENICS, an FX Options pricing, trading and risk management system. Mr. Millward holds a BSc in physics from the University of Bath. |

Keith Nicolle
Head of E-commerce - Asia Pacific

Dr. Keith Nicolle is head of E-Commerce for Asia Pacific, responsible for electronic trading, data and analytics. He joined GFI in 2004, initially responsible for developing the company’s equity derivative and interest rate option analytics and market data. He assumed the additional responsibility for Asian Electronic Trading Systems, as Head of E-Commerce for Asia Pacific, in 2008. Previously, Dr. Nicolle worked for Credit Suisse First Boston as a vice president responsible for equity derivative and convertible bond technology in Hong Kong. Prior to this, he was an interest rate derivatives trader for Societe Generale in Tokyo and Hong Kong. Dr. Nicolle holds a BSc in chemistry and a PhD in applied statistics from Swansea University.

Matt Woodhams
Head of E-commerce - EMEA

| Dr. Matt Woodhams joined GFI in 2000 and oversees product development, marketing and support of GFI’s trading platforms, their compliance with current regulatory requirements and positioning for upcoming regulatory changes. Previously he held various roles within the company, including global head of data and analytics and oversight of the FENICS business, while based in New York. In 2007, Dr. Woodhams returned to London to head up e-commerce for the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. Before joining GFI, he headed quantitative analysis at Garban/Harlow Butler, now known as ICAP. Dr. Woodhams holds a BSc in management science and a PhD in mathematics from Swansea University. |
