Michael A. Gooch Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Gooch founded the business of GFI Group Inc. in 1987 and has been GFI’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer since its inception in 1987. Prior to this, Mr. Gooch worked for Citibank, Refco Group, Bierbaum Martin, Harlow Meyer Savage and Tullet & Tokyo Forex. Mr. Gooch is the President and majority shareholder of Jersey Partners, the largest shareholder of GFI.
Mr. Gooch served for eight years as a member of the Board of Trustees of Monmouth University in New Jersey and was a Board Member of the Count Basie Theatre Foundation, Red Bank, NJ. In 2007, Global Capital Associates honored Mr. Gooch with the Theodor Herzl award, which salutes ‘people who had a vision to build new enterprises and movements and change existing paradigms; people with the courage to do something different." For his support of PAX, a non-profit organization working to end gun violence against children and families in the U.S., Michael Gooch and his wife, Diane were honored in 2006.

Colin Heffron President and Director |
Mr. Heffron has been GFI’s President since February 2004. Mr. Heffron is responsible for all of GFI’s brokerage, data and analytics businesses. He joined the company in 1988 as a broker of foreign currency options in New York, before moving to London to assist in the establishment of GFI’s London office.
From 1991 until 1994, Mr. Heffron headed GFI’s currency options business. From 1994 until 1997, Mr. Heffron ran the day-today operations of all GFI’s European businesses. From 1998 until February 2004, Mr.Heffron was head of all operations in Europe and joint-head of Asian operations. Mr. Heffron has been a member of GFI’s Board of Directors since 2001. |

James A. Peers Chief Financial Officer |
| Mr. Peers joined GFI as CFO in 2002. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Peers was a Senior Vice President at Bank One in Chicago between 1999 and 2001 where he held various positions, including Corporate Controller. He was also the CFO for Rabobank International in New York and a Senior Vice President - Corporate Development for Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce in New York. Mr. Peers is a certified Public and Chartered Accountant and was a partner at Ernst & Young where he spent 18 years working in the Toronto and Chicago offices mainly with financial institutional clients. |

Ron Levi Chief Operating Officer |
| Mr. Levi joined the company in 1993 and was appointed Chief Operating Officer in May 2006. Prior to being appointed Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Levi served as Managing Director – Europe from January 2004. Prior to joining GFI, Mr. Levi was the Director of Fixed Income at Garban PLC. |

J. Christopher Giancarlo Executive Vice President - Corporate Development |
| Mr. Giancarlo is responsible for executing strategic transactions and directing corporate communications. Mr. Giancarlo joined GFI in 2001 as part of the acquisition of Fenics, where he structured strategic alliances with major investment banks. Prior to Fenics, Mr. Giancarlo was a Corporate Partner in the New York law firm Brown Raysman Millstein Felder & Steiner, LLP. |

Scott Pintoff General Counsel and Corporate Secretary |
| Mr. Pintoff joined GFI in April 2000. Prior to assuming the duties of General Counsel in April 2002, Mr. Pintoff was GFI’s Associate General Counsel. Before joining GFI he was an Associate with the law firm Dewey Ballantine LLP from 1996 to 2000. |

Julian Swain Managing Director – Head of London |
| Mr. Swain joined GFI in 2001 to head GFI’s European credit business. He became Managing Director - London in 2006 and was appointed as Head of GFI London in March 2007. Mr. Swain also has overall responsibility for GFI’s Dublin, Dubai and Cape Town offices. Prior to joining GFI, Mr. Swain was at ICAP for 8 years, where he managed various credit desks. Mr. Swain graduated from Loughborough University in 1988 with an MSc in Economics and Management Science. |

Marc Souffir Managing Director - Head of Paris |
| Mr. Souffir joined GFI at the end of 2005 as Managing Director - International Futures and Equities. In this role he assisted in establishing GFI’s Paris operations. Prior to that, he was the Managing Director of Refco’s Paris office. Before working at Refco, Mr. Souffir was a manager of various equities, equity derivatives and financial futures products at IFF, a division of AXA. |

Scott Tatham Managing Director – Head of Asia

| Mr. Tatham is responsible for the day-to-day operations of GFI’s Asian brokerage businesses. He joined GFI in 2005 and recently headed GFI’s interest rate swaps business in New York. Mr. Tatham has over 20 years’ experience in interdealer broking, working in all the world’s major financial centres. Prior to joining GFI, Mr. Tatham worked at Harlow and Tullett Prebon, where he brokered and managed fixed income, equity derivatives, credit derivatives and FX derivative products and businesses. |

Richard Brunt Global Head of Sales - FENICS® Analytics and Data |
| Mr. Brunt joined GFI from Thomson Financial Asia in 2004 where he was Commercial Director, South East Asia and Head of Major Accounts, Asia Pacific. Mr. Brunt oversees GFI’s global FENICS® FX business and market data sales. He holds a BA in Theology and Anthropology from Durham University. |

Nick Brown Managing Director – Head of Financial Product Brokerage, Americas |
| Mr. Brown joined GFI in November 2003. Prior to this, Mr. Brown was a Managing Director of Technolia LLC, a telecom consulting company from 1998 until 2000. Mr. Brown’s experience in the interdealer brokerage industry includes positions as Managing Director, North America of Tullett & Tokyo between 1990 and 1996 and President of Harlow Meyer Savage from 1986 and 1989. Mr. Brown is also a director of Jersey Partners, the largest shareholder of GFI. In addition, Mr. Brown serves as a director of the Financial Markets Association and was formerly a member of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York Foreign Exchange Steering Committee. |

Michael Cosgrove Managing Director – Strategic Initiatives in Commodities and Energy |
| Michael Cosgrove is responsible for directing the firm’s strategic initiatives in the North American commodities and energy sectors. He is a member of the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission’s Technology Advisory Committee. Between 2008 and 2010 he served as Managing Director, Head of Commodities and Energy Brokerage at GFI, including Starsupply and Amerex. Mr. Cosgrove started his career with Amerex in 1981 as a crude oil broker. In 1986 he became a partner in the firm and Managing Director of Amerex’s European operations. During the next 20 years Mr. Cosgrove and the Amerex Partners built Amerex into the world’s leading energy broker. Mr. Cosgrove is a CFA Level 3 candidate. |

Richard Giles Managing Director - Head of Commodities and Energy Brokerage, North America & Head of Fixed Income Brokerage, North America |
| Richard Giles joined GFI in 1993 and worked across a number of divisions; currency options, energy and credit, both in Hong Kong and in London. In July 2010 he was appointed Managing Director – Head of Commodities and Energy Brokerage, North America. He is responsible in overseeing all of GFI’s commodity business in North America, including its subsidiaries; Amerex and Starsupply. Richard previously served as Head of Credit at GFI’s London office where he looked after all of GFI’s credit business in London including single-name credit default swaps, credit indices, corporate and high yield bonds, leveraged loans and structured credit, including index tranches. |

Robby Roberto Managing Director - Head of North American Cash Equities |
Mr. Roberto joined GFI Group as Managing Director - Head of North American Cash Equities in March 2010, bringing with him more than a decade of experience in building and managing international sales trading operations. Before joining GFI Group Mr. Roberto was Managing Director at Knight Trading Group, heading its institutional sales trading group. Prior to this he was Head of International Sales Trading at Salomon Smith Barney, where he was responsible for launching its international sales trading business in 1992, and managing the London sales trading desk. Over the course of 12 years, he helped turn the business from a nascent offering into a 24-hour global operation. Mr. Roberto holds a B.A. in History from the University of Rhode Island.

James Martin Managing Director - London |
Mr. Martin joined GFI in 1992. As GFI's Managing Director, London, Mr. Martin works alongside Mr. Swain in the running of the London brokerage business. Mr. Martin has held a number of roles at GFI, including the running of the FX cross options business, moving later into GFI's e-Commerce division as a product manager in London, then New York. He returned to London in 2004 to set up GFI's credit index desk and was also responsible for running GFI's structured credit business. Before he joined GFI, Mr.Martin traded currency options and US goverment securities at Bank of New York.

Tom Cancro Corporate Controller |
| Mr. Cancro joined GFI in 2008 from Mastec, Inc. where he was Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller. He has over 18 years’ experience in finance, accounting and operations in the U.S. and abroad and previously served as Chief Financial Officer of EuroTel, a joint venture between Verizon, AT&T and Deutsche Telekom based in Europe, and steered that company through its debt IPO and SEC registration. Mr. Cancro also previously headed Verizon's Capital Markets Strategy team, and held roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young. Mr. Cancro holds a BSc in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University, is a Certified Public Accountant, and holds a CFA Charter. |

Jerry Dobner Chief Technology Officer

| Mr. Dobner joined GFI in 2001. He oversees business analysis, quality assurance and development of GFI’s electronic trading platforms, including technology development, system support and investments in GFI FENICS and Trayport, a subsidiary of GFI Group Inc. During his time at GFI, Mr. Dobner has helped develop CreditMatch, FENICS DealFX, GFI FENICS and most recently managed the development of GFI’s energy trading platform, EnergyMatch®. Prior to joining GFI, Mr Dobner developed real-time stock quote software at NewsAlert. |

Sheena Griffiths Global Human Resources Director |
| Ms. Griffiths joined GFI in 2000. Previously, Ms. Griffiths was Director of Human Resources, Europe for Garban (now ICAP). Ms. Griffiths has also worked for NatWest Group (now Royal Bank of Scotland) in both human resources and corporate roles. Ms. Griffiths is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and holds a certificate in Employment Law from Middlesex University Business School. |
